Games keep crashing to windows after a few time of play

Hi, so as mention in topic, games crash into windows after 1hour or 2 into gaming, sometimes less, sometimes more.

Motherboard gigabyte b760 x gaming ddr4
I5 13600k
ASUS nvidia GeForce dual rtx 3060 oc 12gb
Corsair vengeance pro rgb 32gb 3200 (2x16)
WD black sn850x 1tb
PSU Corsair 850m
Some Hdd drives connected (not sure if it’s relevant)
Win11 pro

Only the PSU was used on my previous build and always worked fine.

Checked temperatures while gaming with hdmonitor, cpu around 74/75°C and GPU around 55°C.
Don’t know what to check more.

Any ideias on what could be causing these crashes?
