Genuine Windows Cd Key

Is there anyway to get rid of this stupid "genuine windows cd key" stuff that appears when im updating. Yes my cd key isnt real, = ) yes i have service pack 2 but for some reason they keep giving me this messege , no i dont plan to spend $100-$500 buying software I might using once

sum1 help me (I got rid of the activation sttuff but still)
