so my gf spilled a coke on my keyboard and then pulled the power cord out of the back of the computer in hopes that the keyboard wouldnt short circuit the computer some how... well i cleaned my keyboard blah blah and now my front audio panel doesnt work. It worked before the power was pulled from the back of the computer. ive checked the bios all looks fine, rear audio ports work fine... anyone got any ideas?

You pulled the plug while the computer was running, then you spilled liquid in the keyboard. You really need to take better care of your toys.

To which end I suggested a boot into "safe mode" >> "last known good" in the other thread running about this issue.
