I think I have itr isolated but I want to see if anyone thinks of something I am not.
New Gigabyte motherboard was operating fine for several hours today after a few hiccups building it last night. I reboot for some windows reason and it just started to pulse on and off no post, no nothing. I removed everything except PSU and the board\CPU same result. I test the NEW PSU and it is fine. I re-seat ATX connector same result I pull the 2x4 P4 connector and the pulsing stops but without the 2x4 P4's there is no video so I sort of need them. So, I come to the conclusion the 2x4 P4 connector is the issue. Any other thoughts? Full specs below
