Gigabyte motherboard model GA-7VM400M F4 I need a new Bios.

ok this is what I found based on what that SIW told me since its saying version 1x and I found both a 1x and a 2x but for the bios on the 1x is this http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Support/Motherboard/BIOS_Model.aspx?ClassValue=Motherboard&ProductID=1670&ProductName=GA-7VM400M Now here comes the question what does UPDATING the bios do for me? since it seems as if I have updated my chipset

If you read the release notes for the updated bios files it tells you what has been fixed in the new bios.

Like I said, I don`t recommend you to update the bios unless it`s absolutely necessary.
