Okay I just give up, this ECS P4M800PRO-M MOTHER BOARD BLOWS GOATS!. I thought it was a million different things, but turns out this board sucks, or possibly the Pentium-D I have, non the less can someone tell me or give me a link to a site with a Mobo that takes the LGA775 socket, agp slot, and ddr2 533, that is decent priced and is a good manufacturer, thanks

I think this meets all your requirements. It is a bit expensive for a micro ATX board.
