Could my graphic card cause my monitor to have vertical lines? There are two lines moving upward and it comes and goes, and if I change the re-fresh rate, the higher the res is, the two lines move faster. I forgot that the lines had more after i changed the refresh rate.
I have done everything I could to get rid of them, like changing my res. on my screen, but the higher the number, the more lines there are. 1024x768 is the one I have now and I have had it like that forever.
and if I put in a DVD, almost immediately the lines stop, but it doesn't always stop the lines, though.
