Hai

I just order a Geforce 5500(Hey i got PCI only thing i can get for now <.<)
baiscly im droping a old Intel Intergraded for it.

Anyway,i read on sites and such on how to do it...not really helping that much,casue they all seem to go in diffrent order.
can any1 hook me up with a Correct way
Also is it ture that u have to get the drivers b4 u put it in? iv read like 15 diffrent things and some say u dont and osme say you do.

I know the basics on how to do it,i just need to know a proper order and if drivers come b4 or after.

the Nvaita Site dosent seem to show up right now(some search engine comes up) so if u can get any drivers/updates off a diffrent source-it would be Thankfull

Each card comes with instructions how to install it. If you have a card already in use just go into the device manager and disable the card. Shutdown windows
Unplug power
open case
unplug monitor cable at the rear of old card
unscrew old card
insert and screw in new card
plug in monitor to new card

If you have onboard video you'll need to go into the bios and disable it prior to the new card insertion.
