Half-open connection limit on Vista?

    Ok, we know about the half-open TCP connection limit on XP SP2, and the need of tampering with the files to lift it. Now, does anyone know if there's such a thing in Vista? If so, that would mean it's impossible to do anything about it because if you change the files, Windows fails validation, am I right?
