Hard drive error, devices help

I look through my Event Viewer from time to time, and I noticed recently an error on one of my disks.

The message,
"An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk6\DR6 during a paging operation."

I would like to find out which disk this is. I am not sure where to start... any pointers?

Other related info.
I have two HDD currently installed.

Custom built computer.
Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate Edition
AMD processor
ASUS mobo
