i have recentley encountered a problem when i shut down my pc the wrong way by just yanking out the power cable from power supply... now i get blue screen of death when it tries to load windows and says... physical memory dump in progress and then it say it finishes... it restarts the pc by itself and when i try to put it in safe mode wont load..

I think you missed one important word, that may cause a lot of grief by replies to you:

"when i shut down my pc the wrong way by accidentally just yanking out the power cable"

I hope that's not the normal way you shutdown

Anyway, try running CheckDisk via boot up CD, info here: https://www.techspot.com/vb/post694184-132.html

And if that doesn't fix it, you may need to run a Windows Repair:

Microsoft's Windows XP Repair Install step by step

Vista Repair:
