    what do you mean by "fail"? can you explain.
    I'm not sure if this particular model has the N24C01 chip. if it does, then it has to be read using an electronic device. (are you listening lamo and dpbk)? you need to provide more explanation on your method.

    hey there, alidabiri do you think that the dell inspiron b130 that has the service that ends in 595b can be erase, rustm says that the service tags that end in that can't and he wouldn't help even if you contacted him...... :(

    I meant although I searched the board and tried to find the N24C01 chip or similar name on it but I couldn't find. I think evenif it may have eeprom, it may be different name chip.

    Hello,
    I have gotten by the service tag screen. I know believe the admin. & user passwords were the same as my first problem. I can't remember the passwords and they didn't clear. Running XP Pro. I have tried the cltr-alt-del, but there is no options for change pasword. very stumped! Any input would be awesome.
