Hi there!
I was hoping somebody here might help me?
I've got a Packard Bell Easynote E2 series laptop that used to run XP home. I recently had to replace the hard drive after the old one stopped working, but now I can't re-install wndows. Even though I have an OEM licence key on the CoA sticker, I don't have a recovery partition, a working installation, or a recovery CD.
Packard Bell apparently don't issue recovery CD's for computers over 3 years old. Is there anything I can do? I have a friend with an XP Pro disk, but the key won't work.
How can I install windows so that I can use my license?
