HD Clean up

Hi All, Could anyone advise me of a good utility that can clear out all the bits, pieces and ends of progammes that have been left after un-installing over the past years. It would need to be simple to operate ! !

Here`s a good selection of Registry cleaners http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/results.aspx?bcatid=780 This is what I`ve always used http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2048 You can get progs that claim to clear out everything,but they can be a bit dangerous.
