HDD Img backup

I've been looking around for a freeware HDD image backup tool. I need a tool that will let me resize the partition, let me back up the image and restore the image from all within Windows. Its a secondary HDD that i want to throw another OS on to test driver functionality, and make drivers for my hardware. And it must be free with FULL functionality.

Partition Magic 8.0 is the best for what u want, but is deffinately not free.

yea thanks buys i used Hirens boot cd, it has all these beautiful programs you mentioned. worked perfectly, thanks for the responses!
