Help CS Problems!

    ive been having a hueproblem with counter strike i cnt get the text to apperar, i think it happond after the vied ocard updates but i dont know? ive tryed reinstallling the game content, the viedo card updates and even chaging the reelution and from opgl to software in the viedo setting and nothing m relly mad. :(
