Got a everis e2011 laptop from my SIL, who isn't answering messages for the password for me to log in and wipe it! Any ideas on how to get around this - is there a physical way to reset it, or do I have to figure out her login? I have Win11 on a bootable USB to reset it, but it doesn't even give me a bios option when booting. Help please!!
