Help! Help! There's something weird happening in my computer!

my computer has gone absolutely weird.

all the programs..take Nero StartSmart.ink

are gone! all are not working

the folder for those programs are in C:\Program Files

All the .Ink file has gone missing.i can't open them up!

i can't double click and open a file

i have to right click an open

in control panel,its easy to open

on my desktop,when i try to open my computer,i have to right click.

i need to use Windows Explorer to go through some of my stuff

Why is this happening?

Ughhh..., I'm guessing you deleted them all in your sleep, you’re on a user account with limited privileges, your friends played a prank on you, or you were whacked by a major virus...
Start by doing a virus scan. Make sure to show hidden files and folders. And if all your files really are gone and your system becomes unstable because of lack of drivers/programs or w/e then a reinstall may be a last option...

last week,this happened too

i used TuneUp Utillities and restored everything and it went ok

but it came back again

Sure someone hasnt taken a screen shot of your desktop and set it as your wallpaper?? Probably highly unlikely but I have seen this happen before.

What I am saying is that if someone was on you computer and took a screen shot of your desktop with all the icons etc. They could make that into a wallpaper on your PC. If that happened you would not be able to double click on the icon or anything. Have to tried right clicking on the desktop and going into properties and changing your wallpaper (background) just to see if this has happened?

it scanning and there is no virus.

Let`s see if you system is infected by anything nasty.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.

If it turns out to be a virus/spyware issue, I will move this thread to our security and the web forum.

this is the error problem when installing something

not sure but if norton SW has a AV program you should not run 2 AV's at same time
I would uninstall SW
I see bearshare and with that you or someone uses to dwnld stuff
you may have gotten hit from bad files
every time I see a bad system it has more than 1 AV app and or uses P2P client
the client can be the issue but its the stuff dwnld with the client
don't forget to post the HJT log
your system should have only 1 user admin the rest should be guests
this stops them from harming machine
also when on line and not doing real work use a guest account
this will stop a lot of nasties
I have a feeling your going to ned a fresh install
