Help if you can spare 10-15 minutes....

1. I'm a newbie to this building pc had a couple of questions, I got around 500$ but only local stores in my country I don't have time to wait for shipping to buy it online was wondering can you visit the sites and pick the parts you would have used for your build...

2. I will not use it for gaming only some times mostly for Video Editing, Animation, Photoshop and do you think it would be better for a laptop or pc from research so far a laptop is slower and PC have bigger part and faster for gaming/video editing....

Sites: 1. https://setec.mk/ 2.https://www.anhoch.com/
I was thinking like this from setec.mk site

PC case : Power Box F760 GAMING ATX Chassis case 2,199 den. or 40$ or CoolerMaster Case K282 2,999 den or 55$

Coolers : Thermal paste 239 den or 5$ and Cooler Master Hyper H411R 1,299 Ден. or 24$

Graphics Card : ASUS TURBO-GTX1070-8G 17,999den or 330$

Hard drive: HDD 1TB Seagate 7200rpm 2,449 den or 45$

MotherBoard: ASUS EX-B365M-V GAMING 4,799 den or 85$

Optical Disc Drive: ASUS Internal Blu-ray 4,099 den or 73$

Power Supply: Corsair Builder Series CX 4,999 den or 92$

CPU: Intel i5-8600K 3.6 GHz up to 4.3 GHz 15,499 den or 284$ or CPU AMD AM4 Ryzen 5 Box 13,499 den or 248$

RAM:Kingston 8GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM 1Rx8 HyperX FURY Black 2349 or 43 $ and what if I can buy 8 to make it 16GB will specs allow it ? All this also adds up to 1000+$.....how........?

If you could make me a fast build I would appreciate that a lot...sorry really new to this......or should I just go with a pre-build pc that's in my budged range for example : Intel GAMER ADVANCE + only 500$ would this be a good opion for doing Video Editing and Animations of After Effects or
Desktop PC Matrix Gaming Ryzen5 2600/8GB/1TB/GeForceGTX 1650 4GB also 500$...........Also will include a pic of current PC in attachments
Thanks a lot for your time God Bless you All..........

For the CPU for the Ryzen 3600, you wont need a cooler so save yourself £5 also you will need another motherboard, a tomahawk b450 will be fine. Also so do you need an optical drive ?

I would definitely go desktop over laptop for productivity work (or gaming).

Yes, you can add more ram than 8gb. 16gb would work great. The board you picked allows up to 32gb. (pretty much all motherboards allow 32gb or more).

I would highly recommend adding a solid state drive (SSD). Even if it's only a smaller 120/240GB drive to run the operating system from. Those small ones can be purchased for ~$25 and make a huge difference in overall system performance.

The AMD 3600X might be a better choice for video editing, which would mean a different board.

A newer, better i5, the 9600K, sells for less: (13,579 Ден.) It's also compatible with your list. (the motherboard bios needs to be 606 or newer)
