Help!! keyboard lockup

hi yes i need help! please excuse my grammar errors im using an on screen keyboard....


i turn on my comp. go on firefox start typing nothing happens. iv'e been in and out of the help guide/support guide on my computer. one thing i have noticed is that i dont have any keyboard drivers?

i have a dimension 9100 windows xp

dell keyboard.

sorry i dont know anyhing else about it. please help

Your system is probably infected with a virus or other malware

ahh i just did a system restore and everything is running fine... should i run an anti virus program to check? and run an ad-ware remover?

You should always have an up to date antivirus, antispyware program running on your system. You should delete cookies and temp files regularly too. A registry cleaner like the free one from Glarysoft Utilities works very well. Google for the Glarysoft Free Utilities
