It should but I don't know how much performance increase you'd see over a PCI-E 1.0 board, since I haven't managed to find any benchmarks. Perhaps you can tell us how the card performs in your PC and we can have an idea of the advantage (if any) of PCI-E 2.0 over it's older counterpart.
