Help!! My new Dell 9150 won't start :(

Hi Folks. I need help with re-installing Windows XP Professional on my DEll 9150 (Pentium D, 3 GHZ, 3GB RAM) with 2 250GB SATA drives and factory Raid 1 configuration. I don't have the CTR-F11 functionality, since already tried to re-install and re-format the drives, so cannot go back to factory image.

Status of System:

1- Both drives pass tests alright. Have re-format them, no data to be lost!
2- Just re-move and re-install Raid 1 through the CTR-I menu.
3- Drives configured in Bios as Raid On right now, have tried all others without luck.
4- Have the Intel Matrix Manager floppy with the drives, have tried the F6 during installation, but when the system re-starts get all sorts of blue screens.

What should I do and it what order? Your help would be appreciated.

Suggest you visit Dell online support or email them for help, you should still be covered. probably best to tell them that crashed and problem re installing.
