what you guyz think of it ?

Monitor - 17"

DVD-ROM 16x
Floppy 1.44 MB
Sound Card - Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1
Altec Lansing 251
Hard Drive - Western Digital 7200 RPM 80GB 8MB

Those are some very good specs. What are the different brands you're interested in & what PSU are you getting to support all those components ?

Once completed, it should do a nice all-around machine.

That will be an awesome machine, but I would probably double up on the RAM - it'll give it more longevity.

I would really like to upgrade to 256 MB video card and a higher RAM, but I already push my budget for the new desktop to the limit =p
