Help please to remove ALLSEXSMS pop up?

Hi,

Relative novice here, please go easy on me! For some time now I have been getting interminable popups from allsexsms, which only clear (for a few seconds) with Task Manager. I have seen various posts on the web giving advice of how to clear, but nothing I have tried so far has worked. Can someone please help me, in fairly easy-to-understand language. Thank you ever so much.
