Help with a project on new things in IT for the public sector

Hi all,

I am brand new to the forum and I am looking for a little help please.

I am working on a project and I am trying to identify examples of new practices and innovation in the public sector when it comes to IT. For example automatic tax form filling in France, predictive criminal activities in Netherlands and India.

Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.
