help with CID adverts driving me bonkers!

Hi
How do I get rid of these CID adverts that are popping up every 30 seconds?
They are driving me nuts. I have my pop up blocker set to block all except the ones I allow and yet these things are still coming through. What is the difference with them and pop ups and why are they getting through? It only started a few weeks ago and they are just getting me down now.
Please help.

Your system has a lop infection and this is what is causing your popups. I also want to check for any other infections you may have.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
