    Hi,
I just purchased a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 PCI graphic card yesterday.
After installing the card, the start up ran fine up until the windows log on page where everything went pitch black. Does anybody have the solution to this problem? I have an Intel mother board with 4 CPU 2.40GHz and 504MB of RAM.
    Please help me out!!!

    A few things to check
Did you uninstall all of the old drivers before installing the new card?

Did you disable onboard viedo if thats what you were using

If you ddi all of that upon boot up hit F8 and choose Enable Vga Mode and see if it still turns black, if you are able to get in then install the drivers that came on the disk and then reboot in to regualr mode and see if it works

    good luck
