Help with identifying disc partitions before cloning a new boot SSD

My PC's boot drive is old and I fear it will fail in the near future so I decided to clone the SSD to a new SSD. Here is my question (and see image attached) The current SSD has several partitions, all are very small in size and I don't know why they are there. I plan on cloning the drive using Acronis True image 2021 and I am trying to find out if these small partitions are needed or not. I don't want to merge or delete them without knowing if they are partitions created by Windows ( I use Windows 10 64 bit version 1909 build 18363.1082) or not.
I included a picture of the Disk management screen to see what I am talking about
