What is the brand and model of your PC?
  3. memento Newcomer, in training

brand packard bell and model intel is that right?
  4. Matthew TechSpot Editor, Community Manager

No, there should be an actual model number for your PC. Look around on it, or see if Everest gives it to you.

You can get all the drivers you need off of http://www.packardbell.com/support.htm.

Also, the GA-8I915P-MF is very similar to the motherboard you have (which is probably a proprietary version).

where on everest does it show model number what should i click on?

I don't know off hand, I don't have Everest installed and I'm not using a proprietary PC. Look on the PC itself for a model number and go to http://www.packardbell.com/support.htm for your drivers.

    is this it?
    in CPU-Z
    Under motherboard model
    ga-8i915pm

No, that is your motherboard model, which, isn't on Gigabyte's site from what I can tell because it's probably a proprietary version.

Look on your PC for the model number and go to http://www.packardbell.com/support.htm for your drivers.
