Im shiznit and this is the first time i joined a tech support community. usually if i have problems with my pc or laptop i just go to our nearest service center
i have a friend who told me that she was able to fix her pc only through this kind of medium the internet. well, to cut it short guys i am having trouble logging in on my laptop my OS is Winxp home edition and my problem started when i downloaded and install avast antivirus while i was doing the scan it detected a threat and avast prompted me to either delete, repair, move to chest. etc. i choose the option move to chest. and when i rebooted my laptop a message window popped up.
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
and at the upper portion of the box is
"C:\Windows\Systems32\keyboard\services.exe"
and whenever i press ok my screen just turns into black i did try to wait for almost 20 minutes but to no avail.
please. please. will someone please help me out with my problem. any help would be greatly appreciated.
