    Was there any missing updates from microsoft?

    Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt

    At the command prompt type exactly

    press enter

    press enter

    press enter

    Close the command prompt

    Run a scan and save a log with Hijackthis

    These aren't really a big deal as they are just referencing removed anti-malware programs.
