Hiper PSU, any good? true watt?

I know i need about 400W for my Amd64 system, are the rails on this Hiper PSU any good?

Everything I can find about this psu says it is very good.

However, before making your final choice, it might be a good idea to take a look at this excellent article on pus`s. The psu thread..

Also, take a look at this handy Psu wattage calculator. Just remember to add another 30% onto whatever wattage it says your system needs.
