Download the attached Fix.zip and extract it.
Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.
In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.
Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=
O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Helper - {AA58ED58-01DD-4d91-8333-CF10577473F7} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: Google Toolbar Notifier BHO - {AF69DE43-7D58-4638-B6FA-CE66B5AD205D} - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: &Google - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - (no file)
O13 - DefaultPrefix:
O13 - WWW Prefix:
Click on the fix checked button.
Close HJT.
Double click the Fix.reg file you extracted earlier and when asked, allow it to be merged into the registry.
Reboot into normal mode and rehide your protected OS files.
Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment and let me know if you`re having any problems.
