    how can I add a password so when I start up Outlook 2007 No one can see my in box.
    Only when I enter the password I can see it?

    Most users just password protect their Windows logon Username (ie not Outlook)
    I think it would be much easier to do this by having your own Windows passworded account

    adding a password to the account also adds a bit of security to the system

    No problem

    But remember if you haven't entered anything into The current box password leave it empty :D and type in the new pass and verify
