How can I get the demo of CS:S?

I've heard of a demo version of CS:S but I can't find it online. Does anyone know where I can get it? Do I have to get Steam to do it?

And I'm not kidding, it's actually Hug an Australian Day today (April 26) :grinthumb.

Yes, I am pretty sure you have to get steam to play/download it.
