Basically this means that your graphics hardware isn't very good. Are you using on-board graphics or a discrete video card? When posting such a question, you should include your system specs, so others can answer your question accurately. If it's a pre-built O.E.M.(HP, Dell, Gateway, etc.), include the model # and any upgrades you've done.
