  1. HI, i am an aspiring DJ and i would like to record my mixing from my vinyl turntables, onto my pc. I want to do this so i can make each track seperate from each other and hence burn the songs and make them into a CD. What would anyone recommend for me in terms of how to connect my pc to my turntables and what software should i use?????

There are numerous free programs out there for doing this very thing. I would suggest that you 'google' for some of these or you can visit sites such as 'majorgeeks.com' or 'freewarerocks.com' for checking out some of these. Best to you...

Just use whatever connection is on your turntables to the 3.5mm headphone jack and run that into your Line In for sound on the back of your computer (or on the sound card, but so many people just use onboard now).

Then like drpepper55 said, there are several programs, but probably the most popular freeware one is called Audacity.
