How good of a card can I get without upgrading my PSU?

    if you cant figure that out, its 480 watts with:

    +3.3@28A,
    +5V@32A,
    +12V1@18A,
    +12V2@16A,
    -12V@0.8A,
    + 5VSB@2.5A

    the video card i would like but am not sure if this psu has enough power: newegg product ID: N82E16814130376
    its a 9800GTX

    am i okay with that video card, or do i need to step down to a 8800 or less?
