Not entirely :: "yahoo email filters" produces some useful answers:
    • Using Filters to Sort Incoming Email
We use FILTERS for sorting, moving to folders, marking as read and - - forwarding

In the GMAIL reader, create a subdirectory to the inbox and name it yahooMango (?)

    in the gmail filters,
    • subect contains MANGO
    • action is Move To inbox->yahooMango

I am trying to do the same thing - as far as I can tell,

    1) Yahoo's mail forwarding is all or nothing - you can keep a copy on Yahoo, but it won't forward only matching email.

    2) Yahoo's filtering will only put mail in Yahoo folders.

Therefore, the easiest way to do this is probably to forward all yahoo mail to gmail, with a local copy saved on yahoo (under settings/accounts/yahoo mail), then run a filter in gmail that deletes or archives all forwarded mail that doesn't meet your forwarding condition.
