How to connect my local printer to the network?

hello friends, i wanted to know the steps to connect my printer to all of my computers on the network.....

google for 'printserver' which will get an IP address.

It goes on the network and the printer connects to it.

you can simply share the printer and not have to purchase anything. just right click the printer and go to share. you will need to install it as a network printer from the other machines

Just share the locally attached printer, but that system must be running to use the share.
