How to find mother board is working or not

Hi Guys ,

I have problem with my pc , few days back it was not booting , nothing was coming up on the screen .

then i brought different CPU from my friend , connected to monitor , it was workign fine .

later i replaced working CPU video card with non workign CPU video card
it was working .

Then i replced working CPU's hard disks with non working CPU hard disks ,
which is also working .


apart from the above mentioned procedure are there any other procedure to confirm that it is mother board problem.

any comments are appreciated.

First, please do not refer to a "computer" as "CPU" it's horribly wrong and confusing.

Apart from the video card, there are still the processor, RAM and power supply to swap out
