How to get rid of application loader at start up?

Whever i start up my computer, when the desktop pops up, gateway's "application loader" pops up, it says "loading files, please dont hit any keys during this process", ive left it going all night before and it still doesnt go away. If i right click the program on the bottom toolbar then i can close it, or i can close it using task manager. My question is how can i fix this from coming up on computer start up???

Check for strange programs in your startup menu (Start -> Programs -> Startup)
Also try typing msconfig in Run... (Start -> Run..) and press enter.
This will popup a screen with startup settings and other stuff for windows, i cant remember in what screen exactly to check but i thought it had something to do with startup. There are various programs in that screen which you can disable and remove. Try removing all unknown processes or list them all here so we can tell you what to remove and what not.
