D DelJo63 Apr 8, 2015 #2 Huh? Do you mean the Google Chrome browser? If so, who's 'closing' it but yourself?

My best guess is you want to insure that the browser runs and can not be terminated and that the configuration/settings for it can not be altered Can you clarify for me please?
