After upgrading my old desktop system, I have a spare set of computer hardware. Mainly consisting:

Motherboard: Asus M4A88T-M
Processor; AMDc Phenom (tm) II X2 555
RAM: 4 GB XMS3 corsair + 2 GB Kingston = 6 GB DDR3

How can I make a personal Server from these spare components?
What else material I need? (PSU, HDD, etc. are available)

regards.

You'll need at least a PSU, hard drive, GPU, a case, and a monitor or a KVM switch. You'll also need an operating system. Since your processor is an older dual-core model, I'll suggest a Linux distribution of some sort. My personal favorite is openSuSE LEAP.

You should also consider what you want this server to do, then investigate that and determine what else you might need to fulfill your requirements.
