HP computer keyboard problem

Hello! I have bought recently HP computer (last week) and I can tell you that I already have a problem with keyboard. My keyboard and mouse are wireless. Regarding the problem: first, I needed to press very hard key on keyboard to saw it in Word and after some time this keyboard just stopped to work. Can you tell me what the problem is?
