Never mind! I found a better way to get rid of the password without going through the hassle of filing a pw removal request, or even worst spending money for blood suckers who charges $20 or more to run a ****** hashcode converter. This is how to do:
1. Remove the button panel - no screw needed
2. Remove the keyboard - 3 or 4 screws
3. Remove the CPU heatsink - 4 or 5 screws
4. Beneath the CPU heatsink area, find the eeprom chip TI 24-CC306
5. Short pin 3 & 6 while powering up the laptop
Passwod will be cleared after the first boot.

It works fine for me. Try at your own risk.
