HP printer issues with Win/10

HEADS UP.

The business client has more than one printer;

• MFU laser printer w/scanner, fax, multiple trays
• a LaserJet backup

Printing to the default printer (the MFU) runs until some printout is directed to the non-default device and then all heck breaks out - - both printers stall, no further printing is possible. Upon system restart BOTH PRINTERS are uninstalled.

User called MS and support said basically "only have one or the other powered on at a time"

Googling for issues, I came up with

btw, if you've not heard yet, MS is focusing on the mobile device and relegating the desktop to a lower priority.

Follow-up:

Both client HP printers are not compatible with Win/10 and will not get driver updates :sigh:
