I just bought a new compter with a tv tuner and when I went to go set it up I keep getting a fuzzy signal. No matter what i do its the same result. Hp and my local cable company are no help. Any thoughts anyone??

90% of the time caused by bad cable connection or poor signal. (needs to be preamplified)

Do you mean a PVR ?

I have a PCI PVR card and Rogers Cable.Fantastic reception.70 channels.
Did you check your PVR settings for video color, sharpness etc. ?
Did you do a channel scan ?
    Is it PCI ?

    Best i can add

When you say "check" Do you do any adjustments ? You should see a preview of your adjustments or Try set to defaults.
How is your cable TV reception ?
Is it split to your PVR connection ?
You might try installing the PVR drivers or check for an update.
