Trying for find HTML code for a popup window that you can type a username and password in. Anyone have any ideas where I can get this code or any sites they recommend?

Yep Goto www.a1javascripts.com

that site rocks, it has a ton of great JS's that you'll use.

Just find the popup window JS, then the user/pass JS.
