I am Still with the same problem "Counter Cleaner - Microsoft Internet Explorer"

Hiya

Can someone help me ? I am having some troubles with my desktop PC with windows XP.
Just after i connect to the Internet i hear a click noise from the inside of my processorand then i get a windows on the screen which says on blue bar on the top "Counter Cleaner- Microsoft Internet Explorer" and it starts to load the website and then dissapears.
Can someone give me the instruction to get rid of this problem ? Can you also tell me where i can download the anti-adware for free ?
